3 Letters


 

I personally enjoyed this project as it allowed me to utilize type in a way I never have before. I also like how my image came out and how it represents most of my name depending on how you interpret it. I feel like I could work on the neatness of the image especially the C. I also felt like it was a bit challenging getting the letters of the fonts correct but overall I think the image turned out well.

  Plane 1: This shows plane as it shows different values that display contrast and consists of only flat shapes. I feel like I did pretty well on this as it shows negative and positive space equally but there are some small mistakes. Line 1: This shows line as it shows random lines in all different places and in different lengths. I feel like I did well as the lines are fairly straight and create an abstract piece of work but there are some small mistakes. Exploring Repetition Final

I feel like I did well on this one as I took the most time with it. I like how it came out and how it looks as it’s just how I imagined it would. I don’t think I would have done anything differently as it looks good but maybe some neatness would be fine. I do feel like my drawing skills improved a bit as I took more time to do the work. I feel like I did well and took my time to make it look well. I like how it looks but I think I could work on using more of the blank space. I would’ve probably fixed my issue of not using scrap paper to stop the bleeding. Since I forget the next page and the next drawing has quite a bit of bleeding which ruins the image. I feel like they didn’t really improve from this piece as it is just shapes and not much else. I feel like I did ok on this but I wish I could do something better. I think it looks fine but is too simple and I only did this one since there was sharpie bleeding through so I used the black bars to cover that and it also get rid of a patt...
